Welcome second new member, Alex!
Greetings fellow fashionistas!
My name is Alex Coco and like many of you, I am obsessed with anything fashion related. (I even considered getting a “double C” Chanel tattoo at one point, and I’ll be sure to let you know when I become brave enough to do so!) I am currently a third-year fashion merchandising and marketing student at Kent State, originally from the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I continue to gain inspiration from street style, blogs, celebrities and my peers.
I love staying connected to the latest trends, promoting brands via social networking, attending/producing fashion shows and meeting new people. I have a very eclectic, yet romantic sense of style. I have a slight obsession with neutral colors and floral print. Most of my wardrobe consists of a dress or skirt combination! Sometimes wearing an all-black outfit (channeling Kelly Cutrone) is totally OK in my book. I’m also hooked on smoky eyes and lipstick when the time is right.
I’ve always believed that fashion is about taking risks, and I hope to take that plunge with my readers as well. These risks might not be as drastic as getting a tattoo, but I encourage all of you to do something out of the ordinary to your outfit every day!
Every day is a fashion show and the world is your runway.
